Customer Relationship Management
The Customer Relationship Management aspect of GlobeTrack has just been extended to allow you the client – to define your own CRM fields. So apart from the standard contact details that are available as standard, you can define any other field on which you want to retain information.
All fields are available in our client listing screen for export to excel – and you can have a standard integration with our marketing management software.
The follow up task manager in GlobeTrack enhances this CRM data by capturing task information – and of course the dynamic information accrued during the quotation / management process can be merged – to give you extremely valuable data about your client buying patterns and likes / dislikes.
